Nature of Experience

The Healing Bay offers private, curated wellness and spiritual retreats rooted in traditional Indian wisdom, including astrology, rituals, sound therapy, meditation, and sattvic living.
Our offerings are designed for personal growth and inner alignment and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatments.

Participation

  • Guests must be 18 years or older

  • Participation is voluntary and at personal discretion

  • Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical, emotional, and mental readiness

Astrology & Spiritual Guidance

Astrological insights, rituals, and remedies are interpretative in nature and based on classical systems.
Outcomes may vary, and no specific results or future events are guaranteed.

Health & Well-Being

Guests are advised to consult a qualified professional for any medical or mental health concerns prior to attending.
The Healing Bay does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Retreat Conduct

To preserve the sanctity of the retreat:

  • Alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and intoxicants are strictly prohibited

  • Respectful conduct toward facilitators, staff, fellow guests, and the space is expected

  • The Healing Bay reserves the right to discontinue participation if conduct disrupts the experience, without refund

Personal Information

Guests may be required to provide personal and birth details for astrological analysis.
All information is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for retreat purposes.

Bookings & Payments

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment

  • Retreat spaces are limited and subject to availability

  • All bookings are non-refundable, due to the personalised nature of preparation

Program Flexibility

The Healing Bay may adjust schedules, rituals, or experiences when required, always prioritising guest well-being and the integrity of the retreat.

Liability

Guests participate at their own discretion and responsibility.
The Healing Bay is not liable for personal interpretations, decisions, or outcomes arising during or after the retreat, nor for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Intellectual Property

All retreat content, materials, and experiences are the exclusive intellectual property of The Healing Bay and may not be reproduced without permission.

Photography

Photographs or recordings may be taken for documentation or promotional use. Guests may opt out by informing us in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, and apply equally to domestic and international guests.
